circumstances prevail, we will strive by every means possible to fulfill your order for the products listed in the
Shipping Confirmation. Delivery will be made by the specified date in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no date is
set, within the estimated time shown when choosing the shipping method. In any case, delivery will be made no later
than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. However, delays may occur due to changing the order upon your
request, due to the delivery area, or due to unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason we cannot deliver on time,
we will notify you and offer you the option either to accept a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full
refund. We note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. According to these Terms, "delivery" is
considered to have occurred when you or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier) take physical
possession or control of the products, confirmed by signing the receipt at the agreed address.
14. Inability to Deliver
If it is impossible to deliver your order, we will try to place your package in a safe place. We will also leave a
note with instructions on where your order is and how you can retrieve it. If you cannot be at the delivery location
at the specified time, please contact us to arrange a new delivery date. If your order is not received within 15
days from the day it is available for delivery and this is not due to our fault, we will assume that you wish to
cancel the agreement between us. This agreement will be considered as terminated, and we will refund any amounts you
have paid, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for delivery in case you choose a method other than
the most economical one we offer). The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of termination of the
contract. We note that any additional transportation costs due to the termination of the contract may further burden
you.
15. Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement
Legal Withdrawal
According to the rights provided by consumer protection legislation, you can withdraw from the product purchase
contract without stating reasons and without any charge (provided you follow the return process we offer and as
described below) within a 14-calendar-day deadline. This deadline ends after the lapse of 14 calendar days from the
day you or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the products, or
the last product, in the case of ordering multiple products with one order and delivered separately. The right of
withdrawal cannot be exercised when the relevant purchase concerns the following products: (a) sealed products which
are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery,
(b) products customized according to your needs. Our website clearly indicates products that cannot be returned.
Additionally, the products intended for return must be in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged,
special markings (tags/barcode) must not have been removed, and their packaging must be the one that normally
accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with the original purchase receipt and all documents
accompanying the product. To exercise the right of legal withdrawal, you can either inform the Company by mail at
the address mentioned in the preamble or by e-mail at contact@celestino.gr, about your decision to withdraw from
this Contract explicitly (e.g., by sending a letter by post). You can also use the withdrawal form appearing in the
Appendix attached below, though this is not mandatory. To timely withdraw, you only need to send your communication
regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires. After we receive the
returned product, we will examine it and inform you whether you are entitled to a refund, providing you the choice
between creating a credit balance, a new order, or a refund of the amount with a payment method you will indicate.
The refund will be made by us without unjustified delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day we were
informed of your withdrawal and will include every payment we have received, including delivery costs (except for
any additional delivery expenses that arise because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest one we
offer). In case of returning a product through a courier company other than the one we collaborate with without
having prepaid the transportation cost, we explicitly point out that the return will not be accepted and the
withdrawal process will not be considered valid, regardless of whether we have been informed about it in any way.
Contractual Withdrawal
In addition to the above right of legal withdrawal, you have the right to return the entire order or part of it
within 30 calendar days from the order shipment confirmation date. This right applies to the same products that can
be returned with legal withdrawal, as provided above. However, it is noted that our website may mention certain
additional products for which contractual withdrawal is not allowed, while legal withdrawal is possible within 14
days of receiving the product. The exercise of the right of contractual withdrawal is done in the same way as
provided above for legal withdrawal. If your intention is to exercise the right of legal withdrawal but you failed
to inform us within the 14-calendar-day deadline, the product return may be accepted as contractual withdrawal,
provided the above 30-day deadline is met and all other conditions for valid withdrawal are fulfilled. Your request
for contractual withdrawal is subject to approval by our company. The conditions mentioned above about the perfect
condition of the returned product, exactly as you received it, apply. If the withdrawal is approved, you will be
given the option to choose regarding the refund of the order value (account credit, new order, money refund);
however, it is clarified that shipping costs of the product will not be included in the refunded amount.
Additionally, if you choose a return procedure other than the one we offer and described above regarding legal
withdrawal, you will be charged with the return cost. In any case, if it is found that not all the conditions are
met or the appropriate procedure for exercising the right of contractual withdrawal is not followed, the return of
the product will not be accepted and you will be charged with any cost that arises or we are forced to cover due to
the inappropriate application of the withdrawal process. It is explicitly noted that during the examination of each
request for contractual withdrawal, any previous and repeated attempts of abusive exercise of the right of
withdrawal and circumvention of the appropriate procedures and conditions to the detriment of our company will be
taken into account. Such a history of potential abusive behavior on your part may lead to the exclusion of the
possibility of further exercising the right of contractual withdrawal, either by appropriate interventions in the
systems of our website or by any other measure deemed necessary.

16. Returns of Defective Products
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement in all cases where: a) products
other or substantially different from those you ordered were delivered to you, b) there was a defect in the product.
To exercise the above right, you must contact us at 212 214 4444 and contact@celestino.gr. During our communication,
you will be asked to describe the product and its defect in detail, and subsequently, you will receive instructions
from us for further actions. The product must be returned with the original purchase receipt, in excellent condition
and with the packaging and documents that accompanied the product, for us to examine it. When the return of the
product is completed, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund or replacement (depending on the case). The
refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the day we confirmed that you are entitled to a refund or product
replacement. In the case of a refund, the amount paid will cover, in addition to the total value of the product, the
shipping costs as well as the cost for returning the product and will be credited to your digital wallet in your
account. It is noted that you retain all consumer rights offered by applicable law.
17. Force Majeure Events
